About Me
Hello, I’m Alanna Kadlacek! I’ve been a certified personal trainer and nutritionist since 2022. I started off my career working at a local gym gaining knowledge and learning the coaching ways. Today, I’ve had the privilege to help so many people reach their fitness and lifestyle goals through personal training and nutrition coaching.
Fitness is my passion in life as I believe this is the best way for anybody to feel their absolute best. I love movement and being active in anyway possible - running, hiking, weightlifting, whatever. I’ve been consistently working out for 8 years now and have even participated in a half and full marathon.
I hadn’t been an active person growing up. I loved junk food and eating whatever. I realized I was not happy with how I looked and was first introduced into fitness and the gym. I taught myself how to count macros and track calories.
I stuck to training and nutrition for a few years and achieved my goals I had set for myself at the time and lost a lot of weight.
I fell in love with working out, being active and feeling my best. I decided that I wanted to spread this love I have and help people feel their absolute best and achieve their goals.
Today, I can say that I have been through the ups and downs of my fitness journey, and I’m still learning every single day. It definitely hasn’t been easy, but I know how mentally tough I am and that my body will keep up with whatever I set my mind to. I listen to podcasts constantly, do my research and I’ve started my own business - AK Fitness, and I’m here to help you.
