In-Person Training

This is my favorite package of them all! I love working with clients in person, coaching them through one-hour sessions at the local Train Waco gym. During these sessions, I help with proper form, introduce new exercises, and motivate you to give it your all. You can choose from single, one-time sessions to larger packs with multiple sessions—plus, the more sessions you book, the better the value!

I offer a variety of packages to fit your unique goals—whether you're looking for in-person gym training, online workouts, nutrition coaching, or a combination of all three. Online Nutrition & Workout Programs

I offer personalized online nutrition and training programs designed to fit your goals—no matter where you are. With my nutrition coaching, I’ll guide you through tracking calories, macros, steps, sleep, weight, and more. Each week, we’ll check in so I can review your progress and make any needed adjustments to keep you moving forward.

For training, I’ll build a custom workout plan based on your specific goals—whether you’re aiming to gain strength, lose weight, or simply shake up your current routine. Everything is tailored to you, to help you stay on track and see real results.
