“Alanna is phenomenal! If you need a personal trainer who truly has your back, is both your biggest cheerleader, and is wealth of knowledge then I would reach out immediately. When I started working with her it had been a few years since I'd been in the gym. Not only did I need a fitness routine, but also nutrition help to get me back on track. Alanna helped with both and was incredibly patient with me while also pushing me to do my best.
